  • Natural voice prompts such as „I wish to speak with Mr. Miller from sales“ are supported
  • The system will prompt the caller for information, missing information is directly requested of the caller. Example: There are two employees of the same name. The intelligent, virtual front desk will request the first name or department so as to ensure reliable identification.
  • Intelligent routing options which are supported by analysing presence data; for example: if Mr. Miller from sales is not available, the call is automatically routed to a different sales agent or to the agent’s mobile phone.
  • Call-back option via voice mail, call back request etc.
  • Integration with corporate databases in order to automatically generate grammars for recognising employees’ names.
